For bigger bookings, we may ask for a deposit to lock in the table. Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the reservation. If you need to cancel or change things, just reach out to us as early as possible and we'll work with you.
Yes! We love dogs 🐶 Well-behaved pups are welcome on the ground floor only. Just pop a note on your booking so we can get you a suitable table sorted. Water bowls at the ready.
Absolutely. Just let us know about any allergies or intolerances when you make your booking so our kitchen team can prepare accordingly and make sure everything's safe for you. We take it seriously.

Yeah — every reservation comes with a set dining time so we can make sure everyone gets looked after properly. We just ask that you wrap up before your time's done so the next guests can enjoy their experience too. If you think you'll need a bit longer, just let us know when you book and we'll do our best to sort it.
We get it — plans change! Just give us as much notice as you can so we can offer the table to someone else. The sooner the better 🙏
We might use your details to get in touch about your reservation, and we may add you to our marketing list — but don't worry, we only send the good stuff and we'll never share your details with anyone. You can opt out when you book if marketing's not your thing.
